What Is Sensual Healing Sessions?

Sensual Healing Sessions is designed to help women heal wounds surrounding their Sensuality. Whether it be shame, sexual trauma, self perception, societal expectations etc. These sessions are meant support you in your current healing journey. Many times women are often faced with judgement and a double standard when it comes to expressing our self in a sensual way. Suppression of your natural sensuality causes blocks in our sacral chakra which is located below the navel in the lower abdomen. The sacral chakra is the home for creativity, fluidity, sexuality, sensuality, and emotional expression. Blockages/wounds causes difficulty in expressing emotions, guilt, shame, and suppression of your desires.

We will be addressing and working through these blocks through intentionally crafted meditations, journal prompts, affirmations, and sensual dance movement.

Please be sure to bring a yoga mat or towel, pen or pencil, and a journal.
